9 Lemon and Watermelon
Taking lemon with luke warm water in early in the morning is more beneficial to reduce your excess weight. You can also make juice by adding watermelon to lemon for quicker weight loss.
- 2 to 3 cups of watermelon pieces
- 1 lemon
Take watermelon pieces in to food processor and blend them nicely by adding required water.
Squeeze lemon in to a cup and to the watermelon juice.
