3 Kiwi with Cucumber
Cucumber is another well know vegetable with very low calories and Kiwi is also another well know fruit which is packed with energy, nutrients, vitamins along with fiber. The combination of these two can get good results in your weight reduction. You can drink this juice in a snack time.
So, lets come to preparation part.
- 1 or 2 cucumbers
- 2 kiwi fuits
- 1 glass of coconut water
Peel cucumbers and cut into small pieces. Take your food processor add kiwis in it and make smooth paste then pour some coconut water and stir it well.
